A 'new' crab came in, one with 7 legs - I only have a 6-legged crab previously...

It isn't that new after all, I was initially surprised how it appeared in my tank. The 6-legged crab was dead when I discovered the new crab... After confirming with my family they didn't get me a new one, I did a little 'forensic' on the dead crab. I cracked open its shell, and took a peep into its internal body. It was empty - no organs, no heart, nothing at all. That's when I'm sure that the 'new' crab shed its shell to grow, and I'm not supposed to disturb it for about 3 days because it is vulnerable, and its shell is soft - it will take him that 3 days to harden.

I've been a responsible owner since I bought them home. I put them small mobs in a big tank, change its waters, and feeding them regularly. I hope they don't disappoint me with deaths, so may the goodman be rewarded with good grains.

Oh not to leave out, I bought a new crab - A Red Frontosa, after my first poor little crabby past away. I thought it would be too lonely for the remaining one crab so I went all the way to Serangoon North to get one more (I wanted 2, but they had only 1 left). All right, I will get about 3 to 4 more crabbies to make the tank a little more homie... So come back for more updates...
