Alright I guess..... Living up under different environments nurture a different strategy in life, socially and personally. And because most of the living 'updated' human beings believe so much that a certificate would bring you to a better life in future, the poor and uneducated are greatly despised mainly under the stupid influences of no cert = no money = no respect.
This world is not about getting a cert anymore. It's all about intelligence and ability to lead, and to read. Lead yourself through, be willing to take what is given. Read others thoroughly, be willing to give what others aren't willing to take. You'll break through......
