demons.

Grand Duke and has 31 legions under his command, and adds that he can make runaways come back, and those who run stand still. He can also cause earthquakes, and teaches languages finding pleasure in teaching immoral expressions, and has too the power to destroy dignities, both temporal and supernatural. He is among the more benevolent of demon lords.
